Look Younger ~ Facial Exercises Part 2

As we age fine lines and wrinkles inevitably appear on our face, In addition to the well known factors of avoiding excessive sun exposure and cigarette smoking, try these facial exercises that will help tighten facial muscles keeping your skin young & beautiful.

The exercises can be performed anywhere & at anytime and will also improve circulation to your face, giving a great boost to your complexion, leaving you with a fresh, healthy appearance.

Exercise for Eyes:

Sitting upright, keep your eyes closed and relaxed. Lift your eyebrows, while try to stretch your eyelids down as much as possible. Stay in this position for 5 counts. Relax and repeat the exercise 5 times.
Now keep your eyes open and looking ahead. Look up and then down, while keeping your head still. Repeat 10 times. Afterwards, start looking left and right in the same manner. Repeat it 10 times. this will help strengthen your eye muscles.

Exercises for Forehead:

Begin by frowning and bring your eyebrows over your eyes while pulling the eyebrows toward each other. Then lift your eyebrows maximum possible, while opening your eyes as much as possible. Repeat the exercise 5 times.
Sitting upright facing forward and bring your eyebrows down over your eyes. Wrinkle up your nose as much as possible, while flaring your nostrils. After a count of 10, relax. Repeat the exercise for 5 times.

As with any exercise programme, regular practice is the key to success.
